How it works?

Once the system is activated, the blasting process can begin by using a dead man’s switch on the blast nozzle. The pop-up in the blast vessel closes, and the dosage valve opens, initiating the blasting action. Simultaneously, the dust is efficiently extracted from the blast room. After the blasting is complete, the system switches to media recuperation mode. The cyclone separates dust and contamination from the blasting media, while the filter removes any remaining dust particles. The collected dust is stored in a sealed dust bin to ensure proper containment. To maintain optimal filter performance, automatic reverse air pulses clean the filter periodically.
