GSA Series – Continuous Feed Overhead Rail Blasting Machine

 The workpieces are loaded onto hangers or fixtures, which are then attached to the  O-ring motorised overhead rail. As the rail moves, the workpieces are transported through the blasting zone, where powerful blast turbines deliver a high-velocity stream of abrasive media onto the surfaces of the workpieces. The continuous feed design ensures a consistent and uniform cleaning or preparation of the workpieces. Once the workpieces have passed through the blasting zone, they can be unloaded, and new workpieces can be loaded onto the rail, enabling a continuous workflow.
