GRT Series Continuous Feed Tube & Bar Blast Cleaning Machine

The workpieces are loaded onto the blast cleaning machine’s feed conveyor system, which securely holds and transports them through the blasting chamber. As the workpieces move through the machine, powerful blast turbines emit a high-velocity stream of abrasive media onto the surfaces of the tubes or bars. This abrasive impact effectively removes rust, scale, paint, and other contaminants, resulting in a clean and prepared surface. The continuous feed design ensures a consistent and uninterrupted flow of workpieces, maximizing productivity and efficiency. Once the tubes or bars have passed through the blasting chamber, they can be unloaded at the other end, ready for further processing or packaging.
