Multi-Stage AMS Ultrasonic Cleaner Machines

This ultrasonic multi-stage machine has been built for the final stage of cleaning automotive components, according to strict specifications. The stages include: ultrasonic cleaning, double rinsing, hot passivation and vacuum drying. It also has a double filter system with filter bag, rotating baskets and a complete enclosure.

Specifically designed for contact lens manufacturers, the BR-AMS series aims to optimise the final stages of lens production. Traditionally, removing blocking wax and performing the final cleaning of lenses has been a labor-intensive and tedious manual process, often risking damage to the lenses.

With the BR-AMS Ultrasonic Cleaner Machine, these processes are now automated, significantly reducing time and ensuring a 100% success rate while maintaining the total integrity of the lenses. The ultrasonic cleaning stage operates by immersion: lenses are placed in a custom-designed holder and submerged in the cleaning fluid, where the ultrasonic action thoroughly cleans them. Subsequently, the lenses are rinsed and/or dried as per the customer’s requirements.
