 Our AWP188 machine is purpose-built to cater to automotive wheels and motorbike wheels, both forged and casted, with sizes of up to 610mm. Additionally, it offers the flexibility of being provided with or without an automated loading/unloading system, depending on the specific requirements of your operation. Wheel Polishing Machine Finishing Applications

To achieve the polished finish requested by the industry, we have developed a 3 steps finishing process:

  • Step 1: Cut down
  • Step 2: Smoothing
  • Step 3: Polishing

However, depending on the initial surface condition some wheels may only require the last 2 stages.
