Additionally, it offers the flexibility of being provided with or without an automated loading/unloading system, depending on the specific requirements of your operation. Wheel Polishing Machine Finishing Applications

To achieve the polished finish requested by the industry, we have developed a 3 steps finishing process:

  • Step 1: Cut down
  • Step 2: Smoothing
  • Step 3: Polishing

However, depending on the initial surface condition some wheels may only require the last 2 stages.
