STL/A Series Wire Mesh Belt Blasting Machine

A Wire Mesh Belt Blasting Machine operates by using a wire mesh belt conveyor system and high-velocity blast wheels to clean and prepare workpieces. The workpieces are loaded onto the wire mesh belt and move continuously through the blasting chamber. The blast wheels, positioned strategically, propel a powerful stream of abrasive media onto the workpieces, removing rust, scale, and other contaminants. The wire mesh belt allows for thorough coverage of all surfaces, ensuring a consistent cleaning process. After passing through the blast zone, the workpieces are discharged, while the used abrasive media and debris are separated and collected.
